Upon our arrival on the bank of the Valserine river, early in the morning, we discovered that « La Valserine » had decided to show off her power! After a lot of rain she carried so much water that our chosen spot in front of the « Ancienne Biscuiterie » was completely flooded! While it was still raining, we chose another spot in front of the old « Douanier » hut - where he French - Swiss border once stood. Our listening chairs had much to listen to, as the water was rushing with full speed...When we finished setting up our instruments the rain stopped and the first guests dropped in and joined our poetic action.
